At CruiseKeeps.com, all of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partner, Printful.

Order Processing

Production Time: Each item is custom-made. It typically takes 2–5 business days to fulfill your order before shipping.

Notification: You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment are:

USA: 3–5 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated ranges and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout when available.

International Orders

Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s laws. These are not included in your shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information shows your package hasn’t moved for more than 7 business days, please contact us at hello@cruisekeeps.com, and we’ll assist you.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of notice.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
