At CruiseKeeps.com, every item we create is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than errors on our part.

Personalized Items

  • All sales are final for personalized merchandise.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or provided incorrect information.

Printing Errors or Mistakes

If your item arrives with a printing error, defect, or mistake made by our team, we will gladly:

  • Issue a full refund or
  • Send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
