Yes! Every order is personalized with your ship, ports, and itinerary map. You'll have the opportunity to review the customized item and approve it before purchase.

How do I personalize my selected item?

After clicking through the product that you'd like, you'll find the option to select your ship and sail date. Selecting these will automatically populate the item with your design. The process should take less than a minute or two!

What if my cruise info shows as incorrect?

Once you've added your ship and sail date, your customized image will display. If any of the displayed information is incorrect, you can contact our team for a quick fix.

Is this made in the USA?

Yes! Our Cruise Keeps business is located in the US and all customizations, printing, packaging and delivery is done in the United States!

How long will it take to deliver my cruise product?

Each and every order is custom made! As such, we're no Amazon when it comes to shipping speed. Each product will list the expected delivery window. These typically span from 4 to 8 days.
